Car was washed and detailed with care! I give a 5 out of 5, recommend to anyone who is looking for qualified body shop.

3rd time using Active after a minor accident. each time they were thorough, courteous, and did a great job fixing the crash and replacing the roof rails damaged in the encounter with our garage door. communication was great. they always kept us up to date on any issues and set expectations appropriately. and best of all, they cleaned the car completely including windows!!
